At some point, an executive will hit a roadblock whether it is around communicating effectively with others, developing key relationships, a lack of confidence, low corporate visibility, or needed improvements in leadership ability. We transform our executive clients through powerful conversations, assessments and proven coaching methodologies that will lead them on a path to an improved executive presence, communication style and leadership mindset. We only work with clients who are fully committed and will actively engaged in their transformation. This means that they are willing to get comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to achieve the level of success they seek. We also work with clients who are transitioning out of their current roles and prepare them for the next opportunity. Coaching is provided via corporate sponsor or is individually supported.
Most coaching sessions are held once a week for one-hour and will take place either in person, by telephone or online. We offer three to six month packages, depending on desired outcomes.
